DAMAGE AGREEMENTS
A damage agreement is required and is in addition to your daily rental rate, our minimum is $25.00 per day, per machine for a $1,500 - $7,500 deductible (varies by machine type, see machine descriptions for details). You can opt for an increased premium of $35.00 per day, per machine, for a $1,500 - $2,500 deductible (varies by machine type, see machine descriptions for details), this is highly recommended.
Damage agreements cover parts and labor, it does not cover recovery, transport, or lost rental days. Careless or reckless operation can void your damage agreement.
Operating any equipment comes with inherent risks, hazards exist on even paved roads and is the sole responsibility of the renter to cover any cost of damage while in their possession regardless of fault or action. For questions, please call us at 801-447-5544.
SECURITY HOLDS
A security hold is placed on a credit card or debit card at the time of machine check out, this hold is released once the machines are returned pending damage assessments.
Security Holds Range From: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per machine. Cash not accepted.
GEAR RENTALS

We offer full-face helmet rentals for $10.00 each per day.
Utah state law requires all riders/operators must wear a DOT-approved helmet if not wearing a seatbelt, regardless of age.
Our helmets are disinfected and cleaned between rentals.

GAS & OIL
Machines are checked out full of gas, you are then charged to get the machine back to full at check-in. Current gas rates: $6.99 per gallon.
Snowmobiles require a daily $18 oil charge.
TRAILERS
Trailers are not available at Bear River Lodge. You may ride right from our location into the National Forest.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We have two options for trip insurance, non-refundable and refundable. Both allow you to change your reservation seven days or more from your arrival. Our non-refundable option is $25 and credits you your deposit amount for up to one year; our second option is fully refundable and is 10% of your reservation total.

Credits are valid 1 year from the date of issue.
If you choose to decline purchasing trip insurance your reservation will be non-changeable and non-refundable.
CHECK OUT & CHECK-IN
Please allow for a minimum of 30 minutes to complete machine orientation and paperwork for checkouts, as well as, 30 minutes to complete damage assessments for check-ins.
