Different Cabin Ownership Models Offered at The Cabins at Bear River Lodge

Owning a cabin has never been easier with our new points system that features flexible reservations, assigned point values, and point rollover options for unlimited flexibility. As part of the ownership program, buyers can select from one-, two-, or five-bedroom models with year-round availability. Bordering the Wasatch-Cache-Unita National Forest, our property features scenic vistas, a private fishing pond, restaurant, swimming pool, hot tubs, and more.

What It Means to Own a Cabin Here

When Owners join the Bear River Lodge Owners' Association, they have access to all amenities and receive a discount for the on-site recreation equipment rentals of ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles. With direct access to 400 miles of designated trails and thousands of acres for off-trail riding, there is plenty of fun to be had for the whole family.

Our Ownership Models

Whole Cabin Full Ownership

Cabin owners can stay in the property whenever they like, renting unused time either through the on-site rental program or independently. The Association is responsible for all exterior maintenance, which includes snow removal, septic/water systems, waste management, the parking lot, swimming pool, and hot tubs.

Shared Cabin Fractional Ownership

Shared Owners have access to the same benefits of full ownership at a fraction of the cost. When you purchase a deeded ownership, you receive points that can be used to book cabin stays on any available night, regardless of the season. Each night is assigned a points value based on the size of the cabin and historical demand. Shared Owners can use their allocated points to make a reservation up to 12 months in advance for any cabin in the program, with no length of stay requirement. Points can also be deferred to the following year.

Add-On Options

The Space Available Program allows Owners to reserve an additional three nights in a Shared Ownership Cabin for a nominal fee without using any points. Owners can also use the RCI Exchange option to convert a weekly stay at The Cabins at Bear River Lodge to over 4,400 worldwide resorts.
