Owning a cabin at Bear River Lodge has never been easier or more flexible with our new "points" system. This is the most convenient and easy-to-use timeshare point system available.
Point System Benefits:

Flexible Reservations: Owners can reserve any night of the year, regardless of the season or cabin size!

Point Values: Each night of the year is given a different point value. Weekends and holidays are priced slightly higher due to demand and cabin size.

Point Rollover: Two and Five-bedroom cabins are available in the shared cabin ownership program. Points can be moved forward to the next year if they are not used. Plus, points can be borrowed from future years as well!
