ANNUAL POINT CALENDAR

The annual point calendar is created to reflect the seasonality of bookings and demand for cabin reservations. 
Two-bedroom and five-bedroom cabins are available 365 days a year for our cabin owners.

CABIN HOA: The cabins are managed by an HOA controlled by the cabin owners. In spring, the owners meet to review the previous year, discuss the current year, elect the management committee, and approve the annual budget.

OWNER DISCOUNTS: Shared cabin owners are given a 25% discount on weekday powersport rentals at the Bear River Lodge. Everything from snowmobiles, snow bikes, ATVs, side by sides, are available on-site.
