Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest
The Bear River Lodge borders the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest which makes it very easy for you to experience nature with your family and friends! There are millions of acres of protected lands available to explore. Make sure you remember to rent a Side by Side or Snowmobile to see everything that the Bear River Lodge and the Uinta Mountains has to offer!
Mirror Lake Scenic Byway
The Mirror Lake Scenic Byway is a 42-mile stretch of state Route 150 that begins in Kamas, Utah, climbs into the Uinta Mountains before descending to the Wyoming border. Along the way you will be treated to numerous scenic overlooks, picnic areas, waterfalls, lakes, and trails. Be sure to grab one of our Slingshot motorcycles and see it for yourself!
This tiny lake is often covered with lillies, which is how it got its name. Motorized boats are not allowed here, so it’s a quiet, peaceful little spot. A 3-mile trail circles the lake for a perfect yet easy day hike. Or rent one of our 4-wheeler atvs and get to see more with the whole family. No matter what you choose, you’ll see some beautiful sights.
